DANCEPHYSIO TRAINING with Barbara Baumann
This 6-week-course is for professional dancers, dance pedagogues and dance students. In this course I will integrate my knowledge of Dance medicine, Dance physiotherapy, Pilates and Body-Vital-Training. In the classes we will work on dance technical problems, pain symptoms and muscular dysbalances. You will learn dance specific exersises to improve your strength, stability and coordination - combined with small equipment to be able to continue with the exercises in your daily routine and teaching. You will get an Anamnesis sheet before, so I can integrate your individual goals in the course.

VINYASA FLOW YOGA mit Karin Purker
In den Vinyasa Flow Klassen fließen wir durch abwechslungsreiche Seqzenzen, die deinen Körper stärken und deine Beweglichkeit fördern. Der Fokus liegt dabei auf der korrekten Ausführung für einen gesunden Körper. Ergänzt wird die Praxis mit Atem- und Meditationsübungen und begleitet mit passender Musik. Mein Ziel ist es, dich zu inspirieren, Yoga nicht nur auf der Matte, sondern auch im Alltag zu leben und mit Leichtigkeit und Freude zu praktizieren. Für alle Levels geeignet!
YOGA with Jessica Gerdel
In this Yoga classes the focus is on developing self-awareness, keeping or improving your spine´s health, breathing technique and overall balance, strength and flexibility, while training your mind to be here and now. Find the joy of releasing tension, developing body awareness and stillness of mind. The classes alternate between different rhythms, yoga techniques and adapted to the participants´needs and abilities. Suitable for all levels - beginners are welcome!
SOMATICS & TANGO ARGENTINO with Jessica Gerdel
Increase your body awareness and familiarity to the mechanics of movement through somatic education practices. Contents will be linked to their application in Tango Argentino, which is Jessica's expertise, but aren't exclusive for this dance. Anyone without previous experience in tango can benefit from knowing their body better and exploring the different qualities of movement for other dances and daily life.
